Top notch inspector there on time when time and date is set ,does the job thoroughly if you have questions about certain things with inspection they have answers and explains so that you understand what you asked which is great , thoroughly inspects everything with lots of experience and knowledge getting detailed pictures of locations and areas of concerns or major issues for feature references and is also very friendly. Thank you and definitely recommend for future inspections.

Shane was very professional and polite. He did an excellent survey and was very thorough. He survey outside them I walked him through the house. His survey report was sent to me within one day and sent a copy to my agency. Very informative.
