We engaged Shannon to inspect a home we put an offer on. It's a home from the 1930's with renovations, both structural and cosmetic. He spent over 8 hours initially and then came back to do a sewer scope. His work is very thorough, which is what we needed for a home of this age. He was patient with our questions and spent time to detail what he found over the phone with us. His work assured us we made the right purchase and put our mind at ease. We highly recommend him as someone who doesn't do a "cookie-cutter" inspection.
