Mr. Shannon was absolutely phenomenal beyond words. He was so thorough with his inspection that it did take six hours, but it was the best six hours any new homeowner could ever ask for! He made me feel like buying this home was the best deal I could ever get. And if there were to be anything wrong, he was sure to point it out. He clarified every single step that he was taking, of the report. I would hire him again in a heartbeat! 10 out of a 10.
