I cannot recommend Drone and Ladder Home Inspections LLC enough. We had been dealing with moisture issues in a couple of our bathrooms with concern for possible mold, and after not getting clear answers elsewhere, I scheduled an inspection online.

Shannon called me back almost immediately. He took the time to listen to my concerns and encouraged me to send over photos, which he reviewed before even coming to the house. From the beginning, his communication was excellent, and I could tell he was taking the issue seriously.

During the inspection, Shannon explained exactly what he was looking for and kept me informed about what he was seeing along the way. He spent a significant amount of time thoroughly examining our attic and the areas surrounding the bathrooms. He was incredibly meticulous and went far beyond what I expected from a home inspection. Most importantly, he was able to identify the source of the moisture issue and explain what was happening in a way that was easy to understand.

What impressed me most was the amount of time and care Shannon put into the inspection. At no point did I feel like he was rushing to finish the job or simply checking boxes. He genuinely wanted to figure out what was causing the problem, and he did.

I’m extremely grateful for Shannon’s help and the peace of mind he gave us. It’s obvious that he takes pride in his work and truly cares about helping his clients. This was the exact opposite of a rushed or half-done inspection — it was thorough, professional, and exceeded my expectations in every way.
