I highly recommend this inspector! He was extremely professional, kind, and respectful of my home and property. He did an excellent and thorough job with the inspection, and I was very impressed with how quickly I received my detailed report the very next day. ROOF INSPECTION AFTER INSURANCE CANCELLATION.
Insurance company tried to force us to replace our roof, by saying they will cancel insurance, based on it's age. Florida statute 627.7011(5), prohibits Insurers from cancelling roof insurance based on age so Drone and Ladder did an inspection and the insurance company renewed the insurance and dropped the attempt to force us to replace the roof. We did not want someone walking on the roof, our neighbor had his roof damaged by someone walking around on it during cleaning, so the drone option from Drone and Ladder was perfect for the job.
